Gluten-Free Corn Bread

As the weather turns cooler, my thoughts turn toward chili. And what's chili without cornbread?

I'm telling you, this is no ordinary cornbread. One: it's gluten-free and you'd never know it. Two: it has a secret ingredient that will knock your socks off. The secret ingredient? Our Fiesta Party Seasoning. Make a double batch. It will go fast!


Gluten Free Corn Bread



Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 4 ingredients; blend well. Add the milk; stir to blend. Fold in corn and Fiesta Party Dip Mix (if desired). Pour batter into a greased 8 x 8 pan. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden. Serve warm. Makes 9 servings.
