½ cup peanut butter, cinnamon or butterscotch chips
½ cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 3 ingredients; fold in chips and nuts. Roll into generous 1-inch balls; place 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet, flattening slightly. Bake 13-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Makes 24 cookies.
