Place a piece of crumbled aluminum foil on the bottom of the slow cooker. Lay your pork chops on the foil. Mix the Bayou Bourbon Glaze and the Crown Royal (whiskey or bourbon) together. Pour this mixture over the chops. Place another piece of foil over the chops. Slice up your potatoes. Place potatoes in a zip lock bag with the Seasoned Salt and the Garlic Pepper, shake until covered. Pour out seasoned potatoes on the foil that is covering the meat. Place another piece of foil over the potatoes. Place lid on slow cooker and turn on low. In about 5 hours you have dinner.
