This recipe requires Create Magic Pulled Pork recipe.
- Preheat oven to 425°F. In medium bowl, toss Creating Magic Pulled Pork with ½ cup Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce.
- Place about ¾ of the tortillas chips on a large rimmed baking sheet. Top with about ¾ of the pork, 3 tablespoons blue cheese and 1 cup shredded cheese.
- Repeat layers with remaining chips, pork, blue cheese and shredded cheese. Bake 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining ¼ cup Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce, sour cream and Magic Chicken Original Seasoning Blend. Sprinkle nachos with tomatoes and green onions. Serve with BBQ sour cream.

: Prepare step 1. Place in a quart freezer bag. Place remaining ¼ cup Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce
in a quart freezer bag. Place shredded cheese in a quart freezer bag. Place blue cheese in a quart freezer bag. Place all bags in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 425°F and continue with step 2.
