This recipe requires Create Magic Slow Cooked Beef recipe.
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. In medium bowl, whisk together half & half, Parmesan and Artichoke & Spinach Warm Dip Mix; set aside.
- In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add spinach, beef and Rustic Herb Seasoning. Sauté 3-4 minutes. Stir in half & half mixture and pasta.
- Reduce heat and simmer 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently or until desired thickness of sauce. Remove from heat and stir in tomatoes and blue cheese.
Makes 6 servings.

packet in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Continue with step 1.
