- In medium bowl, whisk together first 4 ingredients. Set ¼ cup aside. Add beef to remaining sauce in bowl. Toss to coat well.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon coconut oil to hot skillet. When oil shimmers, add beef; stir-fry until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet; set aside.
- Add remaining 1 tablespoon coconut oil to skillet. Add broccoli, mushrooms, carrots and bell pepper. Stir-fry until crisp-tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in beef, reserved sauce, fish sauce and chili flakes, if desired. Stir-fry 3-4 minutes. Serve over prepared riced cauliflower.
