Heat oil to desired temperature to fry your zucchini. Mix bountiful beer bread as directed on package. Slice or spear your zucchini. Dip your slices or spears into the beer bread mixture, doesn't coat the best, but if you spread it on you spear or slice it will work. Fry until golden brown, remove, drain on paper towel, and enjoy. Yummy. I placed spoon fulls of my extra batter into the grease and fried it.
