  • 1/3 cup Berry Blast™ Smoothie Mix
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups ice

Combine ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth. Makes 2 (8 oz.) servings. *Non-fat or light yogurt may be used. Variations: • Use 1 cup flavored regular or Greek yogurt in place of plain. • Use 1 cup skim, 1%, 2% or whole milk in place of yogurt. • Use 1 cup frozen mixed berries in place of ice. Suggestion: Garnish with fresh strawberries or a wedge of lemon.
