Whisk first 5 ingredients together in slow cooker. Add chicken, beans, tomatoes and corn; stir. Cover and cook on high 4 hours or on low 6-8 hours. One hour or so before serving, place sour cream in a bowl; add 1 cup of broth from slow cooker; stir. Add to slow cooker; stir. Heat through. Serve topped with corn chips and blue cheese crumbles.
