Combine ingredients in a gallon resealable freezer bag; freeze. Thaw completely; place in greased slow cooker, rinse bag with ½ cup water and add to greased slow cooker. Cover, cook on low 7-8 hours or until fork tender. This can also be made in the oven - bake at 325° for 3-4 hours or until fork tender. Makes about 6-8 servings.
Sides: mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetable.
