- Combine ingredients. Chill 2 hours or until firm.

- For Cheddar Ale Mashed Potatoes, whisk together ½ cup warmed milk, 3 tablespoons melted butter and 1 packet cheese ball mix. Mash into 2 pounds cooked potatoes.
- Stir cooked sausage crumbles into prepared cheese ball, stuff into mushroom caps and sprinkle with panko bread crumbs. Bake at 375°F 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
