Cheddar Ale Cheese Sauce Recipe

  • ½ (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 packet Cheddar Ale Cheese Ball Mix
  • ½ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

  1. In small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine first 2 ingredients. Cook, stirring frequently, until melted.
  2. Whisk in Cheddar Ale Cheese Ball Mix until well combined. Whisk in shredded cheese.
  3. Continue cooking, whisking frequently, until completely smooth.

Makes about 8 (2 tablespoon) servings.

Serving Suggestions: Serve with tortilla chips as a queso dipping sauce. Drizzle over nachos, use as a cheese sauce over chicken, burgers or potatoes, or serve with French fries.
