1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees 2. Cut up Cauliflower and place into a 9 x 11 glass pan filled with 1 Cup of water. Microwave on high for 7 minutes. 3. In the meantime mix the mayonnaise and seasonings together in a bowl. 4. Remove from microwave and drain water. 5. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the entire top and finish off with sprinkling the Parmesan cheese over that. 6. Bake on top shelf of oven for 20 minutes and golden brown.
