Cheesy Pizza Snack Mix Recipe

  • 3 cups baked cheese snack crackers (such as Cheez-It®)
  • 2 cups dry-roasted peanuts
  • 3 cups baked pretzel fish (such as Goldfish®)
  • 3 cups rice squares cereal (such as Chex™)
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  1. In a 5-quart or larger slow cooker, combine the crackers, pretzels, cereal and peanuts.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter and Cheesy Pizza Warm Dip Mix packets.
  3. Pour over the snack mix; toss to coat well. Cook on LOW 2 hours, stirring every 20 minutes.
  4. Transfer snack mix to a large baking sheet; spread out evenly and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cool completely.

Makes 11 cups.

Note: For a less salty snack mix, only add 1 packet Cheesy Pizza Warm Dip Mix.
