Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes and place into a ziploc bag. In a bowl, mix packet of Dill Pickle Dip Mix, egg, and cream. Pour mixture over chicken and marinate for 2 hours.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. After chicken has marinated for 2 hours, remove excess liquid. Add the dry ingredients to the bag and coat all of the chicken. Fry in oil until golden brown.
