Chipotle Pork Tenderloin Recipe

This pork main dish is tender, flavorful, and simple to make. This is my go to main dish for the summer.

  • 2 Tablespoons Chipotle Seasoning
  • 1.5 to 2lb Pork Tenderloin
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Chipotle Honey Grill Sauce , for dipping (optional)

Take your pork and put it in a large zip lock bag. Put enough olive oil in to coat the pork, then add the Chipotle Seasoning. Refrigerate over night or freeze for later.

Take the pork out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before you cook it. If frozen, place in your refrigerator overnight. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Let the meat rest 5 to 10 minutes on a rack or plate before slicing. This allows for the meat to absorb the juices making it tender and juicy.
If the tenderloin is pork is larger you will need to cook it longer and let it rest longer before you slice it. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature for doneness on a larger tenderloin.
I like to serve the Chipotle Honey Grill sauce on the side for dipping!
