½ cup chocolate hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®)
1 quart vanilla bean ice cream
16 chocolate hazelnut rolled wafers (such as Pirouette®), broken in half
Fresh cherries or strawberries for garnish, optional
Preheat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine first 3 ingredients; spread evenly in a greased 8x8-inch baking pan.
In small microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate hazelnut spread on HIGH 10-15 seconds. Dollop spoonfuls onto brownie batter; swirl carefully with a butter knife. Bake 30 minutes; cool and slice into squares.
Top each brownie square with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Garnish with chocolate hazelnut rolled wafer pieces and fresh cherries or strawberries, if desired. Serve immediately.
