Country Style Stout Ribs Recipe

  • 1 jar Irish Stout™ Slow Cooker Sauce , divided
  • 4-5 lbs. country style pork ribs
  • 3-4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Pour ¾ jar of sauce and Onion Onion in a large greased slow cooker; add ribs, turning to coat. Cover; cook on low 5-6 hours or until tender. Place ribs on a serving platter. Gently warm remaining ¼ jar of sauce; drizzle over ribs and garnish with green onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Makes 6 servings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So tender and full of flavor! Now I know why the Irish Stout Slow Cooker Sauce is back for another season! The ribs were so tender and full of flavor and the extra sauce was poured over buttered noodles was a hit as well! Loved this recipe and it was so easy! Definitely will make them again!
