  • 1 packet Creamy Crab Cheese Ball Mix
  • ½ cup plain panko bread crumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 6 (6 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded ¼-inch thick
  • 12 toothpicks

cooking methods

  • Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. In medium bowl, combine first 3 ingredients with 2 teaspoons Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning; salt and pepper as desired. Mix until well combined. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese, butter and remaining 1 teaspoon Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning; salt and pepper as desired.
  3. Salt and pepper chicken as desired. Divide chicken mixture among chicken breasts, placing in center. Roll up chicken and secure with toothpicks. Place in a greased 13x9-inch baking dish, seam-side-up.
  4. Sprinkle tops of chicken with bread crumb mixture. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer.

Makes 6 servings. Serve with Stir-Fried Italian Green Beans.

Make ahead & freeze: Prepare through step 3. Place bread crumb mixture in a quart freezer bag. Wrap stuffed chicken individually in plastic wrap. Place in a gallon freezer bag with bread crumb bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 400°F and continue with step 4.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Crab Stuffed Chicken Breast My Husband and I both loved the taste. I cooked in a 9x9 pan though as 13x9 was too big. I added just a little chicken broth in the pan so chicken would not dry out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dry as a bone We did the freezer prep method for this recipe. I don't know what happened but the filling was dry as a bone and pasty. It was as if it needed more liquid. Also a 9x13 pan is way to big for 6 rolled chicken breasts. A gravy or some kind of moisture would make this delicious...but as it stands don't count on impressing guests when you pull this from your freezer prep (and yes it was thawed before cooking)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everyone Raved!! My family-from age 8 to 103- loved this recipe! My niece requested it for her birthday dinner. So easy to prepare. I was nervous about pounding out and stuffing and rolling, but it was so easy. This is going in the dinner rotation!
