Creamy Balsamic Meatballs Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, combine meatloaf mixture, 1 tablespoon Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, 1 tablespoon Onion Onion Seasoning, Citrus Herb Seasoning and egg; salt and pepper as desired. Mix to combine.
  2. Form into 24 meatballs and place on a greased large rimmed baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in large saucepan over medium heat, combine coconut milk, remaining 2 tablespoons Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and 1 tablespoon Onion Onion Seasoning. Bring to a simmer. Add meatballs and simmer 3-4 minutes.
  4. For a thicker sauce, in small bowl, whisk together arrowroot powder and 2 tablespoons water. Stir into meatballs and sauce; simmer 1-2 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.

*Note: Add reserved ⅓ cup coconut milk into sauce if not making the corresponding side dish.
