Step 1: Throw the first six ingredients into the blender to make the chips (cans of beans, eggs, flours, and seasoning)
Step 2: Once blended scoop into a bowl and form into a ball of dough.
Step 3: Preheat the oven to 400 degress and roll out the dough into a 1/8 to 1/4 inch thickness. I kept mine on foil so that I could just throw it in the oven!
Step 4: Once rolled out based on your preference, slice the dough with a pizza cutter and brush the oil onto it.
While the chips are baking for 15 to 20 minutes, we are going to make the mango salsa.
Step 5: Dice up the mango, onion, and jalapeno and mix them all together in a bowl.
Step 6: Add the Apple Cider Vinegar and the SImple Salsa Mix and stir well. Let marinate in the fridge.
Step 7: Once the chips are golden brown, remove from oven and let cool.
