Combine the water and Giddyup Guacamole mix in a bowl. Let stand for 15 minutes. Add avocados and mash with a fork. Mix Fiesta party dip mix and sour cream. In a clear glass bowl, layer the ingredients in this order starting at the bottom: Re-fried beans, Giddyup Guacamole, Fiesta Sour Cream mixture, Taco Sauce, Lettuce, Cheese, Tomatoes, and Green Onions. Chill prior to serving. Serve with Blue Aztec chips.
Additionally you can add Olives to the top of the dip if you so desire.
