Serve it tonight: Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 6 ingredients; spoon into a greased 1½-quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, 35-45 minutes, stirring halfway through, until potatoes are fork-tender. Heat broiler or grill. Sprinkle steaks with Seasoned Salt. Cook steaks about 10 minutes or to desired doneness, turning halfway through. Brush with half of the grill sauce; cook 1 additional minute. Serve with remaining grill sauce. Makes 6 servings.
Serve it later: Combine first 6 ingredients and place in a large resealable freezer bag. Season uncooked steaks; place between layers of waxed paper in a separate resealable freezer bag. Tuck one bag inside the other or tape bags together; freeze. Thaw and cook as directed above.
