Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare brownies as directed on package; cool completely and cut into 9 squares. Combine pudding and 1/2 of the whipped topping (reserving the rest for future use). Place brownies on individual plates, and top each square with sliced bananas, a dollop of pudding mixture and a sprinkle of peanuts. Drizzle with caramel sauce. Makes 9 servings.
