  • Gluten-Free Beer Bread Mix
  • 12 oz. carbonated beverage (gluten-free beer or soda)
  • 1 egg*
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 3 ingredients; whisk until smooth. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Drizzle with melted butter if desired. Bake 45-55 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature. Makes about 13 servings. *Egg substitute may be used. High Altitude: Add an additional egg. Bake at 375° for 45-55 minutes. More Ways To Mix It Up! Makes excellent grilled cheese sandwiches, toast or croutons. For mini-loaves, reduce bake time by 10-15 minutes.
