Gluten-Free Berry Brownie Parfait Recipe

  • Gluten-Free Fudgy Brownie Mix
  • ¾ cup (1½ sticks) butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 16 oz. non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 (6 oz.) cartons fresh raspberries

Prepare brownies as directed on the package with butter and eggs. Cool and cut into 2-inch squares. Using 8 clear martini or margarita glasses, place about 5 raspberries on the bottom of each glass; top with a dollop of whipped topping. Layer each one with 2 brownie squares and a few more raspberries. Makes 8 parfaits.
