Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first three ingredients and 2 tsp. cinnamon until blended. Pour into a greased 4 x 8 loaf pan. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with sugar and remaining cinnamon; sprinkle over bread batter. Bake 50-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 minutes, and then cool completely on wire rack. Makes 14 servings.
