Gluten Free Cinnamon Apple Cake Mix Recipe

  • Gluten-Free Cinnamon Apple Cake Mix
  • 15 oz. can pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup white chips
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1½ Tbsp. softened butter
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl; stir until well blended. Stir in chips. Spoon mixture into greased muffin tins. Combine brown sugar, butter and pecans. Spoon mixture on top of muffins, pressing in slightly. Bake 20-25 minutes. Makes 18 muffins.
