Preheat oven to 350°. Combine ingredients. Spread batter into a greased 8 x 8 baking pan. Bake 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool completely. Makes about 12 servings.
High Altitude: Prepare using 1 cup milk and 6 Tbsp. melted butter. Bake 35 minutes.
*Lighten it up: use 6 oz. plain or Greek yogurt instead. Bake at 350° for 33-36 minutes.
