Gluten-Free Coconut Lime Cookies Recipe

  • Gluten-Free Coconut Lime Cake Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 6 Tbsp. (¾ stick) melted butter
  • ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 5 oz. flaked coconut
  • 12 oz. can whipped frosting

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 3 ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Roll dough into generous 1-inch balls; place on a greased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Top cooled cookies with frosting and coconut. Makes about 30 cookies.
