Gluten-Free Fudgy Brownie Pizza Recipe

  • Gluten-Free Fudgy Brownie Mix
  • ¾ cup (1½ sticks) melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 6 oz. maraschino cherries, cut in half
  • ⅔ cup slivered almonds
  • 3 Tbsp. chocolate sauce or to taste

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 3 ingredients; blend well. Pour batter onto a greased 13-inch pizza pan. Bake 18-20 minutes. Cool completely. Mix powdered sugar with cream cheese; spread over cooled brownie pizza. Top with coconut, cherries and almonds. Drizzle with chocolate sauce, and chill until ready to serve. Makes about 16 servings. Variation: Top brownie pizza with 1 cup chocolate chips or chunks, 1 cup miniature marshmallows and ½ cup chopped pecans. Drizzle with 3 Tbsp. caramel sauce and 3 Tbsp. chocolate sauce.
