Gluten-Free Mini Corndogs Recipe

  • 1 pkg. Crunchy Sesame Pretzel Breading
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pkg. cocktail sausages (gluten-free, if desired)

Preheat oven to 350°. Pour Crunchy Sesame Pretzel Breading into a shallow dish. Place a greased baking rack on top of a cookie sheet. In a small bowl or cup, whip 2 eggs. Dip each sausage into egg; coat in breading. Repeat for a double breading. Place breaded sausages on rack. Place rack and baking sheet in oven and bake for 10-12 minutes. Serve & enjoy. Makes about 30 mini corndogs.
