Preheat oven to 350°. Toss peaches with sugar and cinnamon in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the top; sprinkle with walnuts and drizzle with butter. Bake 45-50 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm with whipped topping or ice cream if desired. Makes about 12 servings.
