  • 14 oz can pumpkin

Mix GF Vanilla Bean Pound Cake with can of pumpkin. Batter will seem dry, but just keep stirring! Divide evenly into lined muffin tins. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.

I added a little extra Spice Islands Vanilla extract, a tsp of cinnamon and a sprinkling of nutmeg for more "Fall" Flavor. One of the Yummiest Muffins Recipes Ever! My Guests were delighted!
