  • Gluten-Free Southwest Corn Chowder Mix
  • 5 cups water
  • 7-8.5 oz. can corn, drained

Whisk ingredients together in a large saucepan. Bring to boil, stir occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes about 6 servings. 

More Ways to Mix It Up!

  • Make a seafood chowder by adding 1 cup crab meat during last 5 minutes of cook time.
  • For a skillet dinner, cut 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast into cubes. Sautè chicken for approximately 7-10 minutes, until no longer pink and internal temperatures reaches at least 165™. Stir in 4 cups water, chowder mix and 3 cups cooked instant brown rice. Simmer 10 minutes.
  • Stir in 1 lb. sliced sausage.
