  • Gluten-Free Southwest Corn Chowder Mix
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 lb. ground turkey, browned
  • 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 11 oz. can corn with red and green bell peppers, divided

Whisk together first 2 ingredients in a greased slow cooker. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; cook on low 4-5 hours. 

Tip: Stir in a 15-16 oz. can drained black beans, if desired.
