Prepare Gluten-Free Pizza Crust as directed on package. After crust is on pan, place mozzarella cheese around the crust edge and roll for a stuffed crust pizza. Brush the crust edge with olive oil and bake 10 minutes; add Sauce Mix and toppings of your choice. Bake for 17-20 minutes until crust is golden brown. Makes about 6 servings.
