  • Gluten-Free Vanilla Bean Pound Cake Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted

Combine ingredients; stir until smooth. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto heated, greased griddle or pan. Turn pancakes when batter is bubbly and browned on underside. Note: smaller pancakes are easier to turn. Makes 4-6 servings.
