Preheat oven to 325°. Combine ingredients; stir until smooth. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Makes about 8 servings.
High Altitude: Prepare using 6 Tbsp. melted butter, ⅔ cup water and 1 egg. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
