Gluten-Free Veggie Pizza Recipe

This pizza is so healthy. It is both gluten-free and full of your favorite vegetables.

  • Gluten-Free Pizza Crust & Sauce Mix
  • 1 cup very warm water
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 3-4 cups of your favorite vegetables
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 400°. Prepare Crust Mix as directed with water and olive oil. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned; cool. Combine Sauce Mix with cream cheese. Spread on cooled crust; top with vegetables and cheese. Makes 6 servings.
