Combine first 2 ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal and shake vigorously. Add chicken to bag, turning to coat. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Preheat grill. Alternate chicken with vegetables on each skewer. Grill skewers over medium heat for about 9 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through. Makes 6-8 servings.
*If using wooden skewers, soak in water at least 30 minutes before use.
