Invert brownies to get them out of the pan; cube into ½" to 1" pieces.
Slice banana peel lengthwise to open. Drizzle Creamy Caramel Sauce inside and place brownie cubes on top. Wrap in foil and place on grill or cool portion of a campfire. Cook at about 300°-350° for about 10 minutes.
Remove from grill or fire. Open foil packets. Place a scoop of ice cream (or two) on top of banana. Add more brownie if desired and some peanuts. Drizzle with additional Creamy Caramel Sauce and top with whipped topping and cherries. Serve in foil packet.
