Grilled Veggie Flatbread Recipe

  • ½ cup ricotta cheese or cream cheese
  • 1 packet BOGO Garden Veggie Cheese Ball Mix
  • 1 naan flatbread or pizza crust (about 4-5 ounces)
  • 5-6 sun-dried tomatoes, optional
  • 1 large portobello mushroom cap, sliced into strips
  • ½ medium red onion, sliced into strips
  • ½ yellow bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Grill


  1. Prepare grill to medium-high heat or oven to 500°F. In small bowl, combine ricotta cheese and Garden Veggie Cheese Ball Mix. Spread over flatbread; set aside.
  2. In a grill basket or a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, sauté vegetables until just tender, about 3-4 minutes. Arrange veggies on flatbread. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  3. Grill or bake 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
