Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large skillet over medium to high heat.
Add tomatoes, orange juice, basil, Spinach and Herb, salt and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, season Halibut with salt and pepper.
Pour sauce into a bowl, set a side.
Using the same skillet heat remaining oil then add seasoned halibut and cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side. Halibut is cooked when filet is opaque.
Serve halibut with citrus tomato sauce and ENJOY!
