4 hard-boiled eggs (3 chopped; 1 reserved for garnish)
4 green onions, sliced (save some for garnish)
Cook pasta as directed on box - al dente; drain and rinse in cold water.
In a large bowl, combine next 4 ingredients; blend well. Gently stir in the well-drained pasta and the remaining ingredients, saving part of the green onion and 1 wedged egg to garnish. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour, or until completely chilled.
