Ham & Peach Panini Recipe

ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 8 slices Hawaiian-style bread
  • 4 teaspoons coarse ground mustard
  • ½ pound sliced deli-style ham
  • 4 slices fontina or provolone cheese
  • 2 medium ripe peaches, sliced
  • Ground black pepper, optional
  • ¼ cup butter, softened

  1. In small bowl, combine cream cheese and Peach Raspberry Cheese Ball Mix. Spread about 2 tablespoons on 4 slices of bread.
  2. Spread mustard on remaining slices of bread. Top with ham, cheese, peaches and pepper, if desired. Top with cream cheese spread bread. Butter outsides of sandwiches.
  3. Place sandwiches in a preheated panini press, panini pan or skillet. Cook to desired doneness, turning over halfway if in pan or skillet, pressing down as cooking, about 3-4 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.

Tip: Use leftover Peach Raspberry Cheese Ball as a dip for fruit; or spread on sugar cookies and top with fruit; or dollop on top of grilled peach halves.
