  1. In large skillet, heat Roasted Garlic Infused Oil over medium-high heat. Add ham and peas & carrots; stir-fry 2 minutes.
  2. Add pineapple and onions; continue stir-frying 2 minutes. Add cooked rice and soy sauce; continue stir-frying 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in Sweet & Sour Pineapple Sauce. Serve with additional sauce drizzled over the top, if desired.
