Preheat oven to 400°. Cut sweet potatoes into ¼-inch strips. Place in a large bowl and drizzle with Avocado Oil. Stir until evenly coated. Place potato strips in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Generously season with Sea Salt & Herb Seasoning. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning fries once. Baking times may vary depending on thickness of fries. Remove when edges start to brown and the fries begin to get crispy.
