Honey Dijon Potatoes Recipe

  • 1 1/2 lbs. baby gold potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Seasoned Salt or Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tsbp fresh chives, optional

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Rinse and dry potatoes, then cut in half. In large mixing bowl, whisk together Roasted Garlic Infused Oil, honey, Dijon mustard, Seasoned Salt (or Himalayan Sean Salt) and pepper. Add potatoes and toss to coat. Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish and bake in oven for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes pierce easily with a fork. Garnish with fresh chives. Enjoy!
