Preheat oven to 350°. Mix first 5 ingredients plus 3 tablespoons of cider; mix until well blended. Pour into a greased 8x8 cake pan. Bake 33-38 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Blend whipped topping with remaining 3 tablespoons of cider mix; dollop onto warm cake; drizzle with Creamy Caramel Sauce. Serve immediately.
